Commission-Based Lead Generation & Sales Closing by yourself (make commissions on each sale for many years) -- 2

I'm seeking a sales representative to "generate leads and close sales" for my business on a "commission" basis. This project offers very attractive commissions (you can make commissions on each sale for many years, it is not a one time thing), making it a lucrative opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: You will have the freedom to choose the most effective strategies completely by yourself in generating leads.
- Sales Closing: Convert the leads into customers completely by yourself.
Target Audience:
- The primary focus is on B2C (Business to Consumer) leads (adult individiuals) in USA.
Industries:
-Our product is appealing to every adult in the US.
No real experience or knowledge in a specific industry is required.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with various sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
Required skills:
- Ability to generate leads and close the deals 100% completely by yourself.
We as a business offer a passive income stream for our clients. Specifically we freshly create and manage up to 5 Etsy stores for our clients in Print on Demand model. We charge a percentage of profits generated by the stores for our services.
We charge a $50 fee for the clients to join us as an 'initial payment'.

We'll NOT be paying you hourly. And this is NOT a one time project with a one time payment.
You as a salesperson will get a percentage of the 'initial payment' and a percentage of the profits we get from the clients as commission.
You can stop doing the job anytime, with 30 days prior notice.
We are hiring you as a contact based salesman/saleswoman, who will be doing this job contractually.
AND Lastly, please note that you can do this job anytime, putting as many hours you like. You'll be paid only after the sale you generate, and payment amount would be a percentage of the 'initial payment' the client pays us, and a percentage of the profits we get from the clients' stores till they run. (Our Average profits from each client annually is US $5000 to $7000). You can get a percentage of this as monthly compensation.
To reiterate: We'll be paying you only on the results you generate, i.e. only after you generate a sale by yourself. We'll pay you a percentage of the initial payment; and a percentage of the profits generated by stores monthly.
