Commission-Based Instagram and Reddit Outreach

Commission-only sales closer wanted | DM outreach + closing via Instagram/Reddit (mid-ticket, high-incentive)
Looking for confident closers only
I'm hiring results-driven outbound sales reps to join my team and close sales via Instagram and Reddit DMs. Must be comfortable with cold outreach, handling objections, and closing sales in DMs with no call.
About you:
You must know how to build trust in just a few messages
You can follow a proven DM script and adapt it naturally (make it your own)
You have done commission-only roles before - or are hungry enough to prove yourself
You understand urgency, buying signals, and how to ask for the sale
You don't wait to be told what to do - You're proactive
What you'll do:
Send 30-60 quality DMs a day (You'll be given templates and a tracking sheet)
Start real convos with leads and guide them through objections
Close the deal in DMs (No phone calls or Zoom needed)
Use your custom Gumroad affiliate link to track commissions
Compensation:
30% commission per sale
Each sale is £350 ($450), so your cut is £105 ($135)
Performance-based promotion to salaried role after 60 days if you're able to perform at the expected rate of 3 sales a week minimum before September 28th
Onboarding deadline:
We're hiring immediately. You'll be expected to close 2 - 4 sales per week after onboarding
