Job Description

I am looking to hire 10 motivated freelancers who can work as commission-based agents to bring website development projects from the open market.

Your role will be to source genuine website development requirements (business websites, company profiles, e-commerce, etc.) and connect potential clients with us. Once the lead is shared, we will handle client communication, project execution, delivery, and support.

## Commission Structure

-- 20% commission on every successfully closed project

-- Commission is calculated on the total project value

-- Payment released after project submission and client payment

-- No upper limit on earnings – more projects = more commission

## Responsibilities :-

-- Find and refer clients who need website development services

-- Share basic project requirements and client contact details

-- Coordinate initial introduction (we take over afterward)

-- Ensure leads are genuine and serious
