This is not a marketing or lead generation role. We are looking for individuals who are confident in identifying prospects, pitching our training programs, and converting them into paying students.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate your own leads through your network, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other sales channels.
- Understand a prospect's career goals and recommend the most suitable training program.
- Explain course features, learning outcomes, mentoring, and career benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and close enrollments.
- Achieve agreed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, education counselling, or EdTech sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable using online platforms and digital communication tools.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
