Job Title: Commission-Based Salesperson for Berrixo Dry Fruits (Patna)
Project Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced salesperson to help grow our Berrixo brand of premium dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios, dates, and more) in Patna. This role is commission-only, so the ideal candidate will be driven by performance and results.
You will be responsible for reaching out to local retailers, kirana stores, wholesalers, and distributors in Patna to promote and sell Berrixo’s premium dry fruits. You’ll be expected to build strong relationships with shop owners, take orders, and ensure regular stocking of our products in their stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit local kirana stores, supermarkets, dry fruit shops, and wholesalers in Patna.
Promote and sell Berrixo dry fruits (150g, 250g, 500g packs) to retailers and wholesalers.
Take and process orders, coordinating with the team for timely delivery.
Build long-term relationships with shop owners and distributors.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by generating new leads and following up with existing customers.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in offline field sales, preferably in FMCG or dry fruits.
Must be based in Patna or surrounding areas.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) preferred for local travel.
Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
Compensation:
Commission-only payment structure.
High commission rates based on sales volume and performance.
Bonuses for hitting specific sales targets.
