Commission-Based Cold Callers for Real Estate Marketing Services
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for motivated commission-based cold callers to generate and close leads for our real estate marketing business. Your earning potential is limitless; the more deals you close, the higher your commission split!
Commission Structure:
- For 1-5 Deals: 10% Base Commission per deal
- For 6-10 Deals: 15% Commission per deal
- For 11+ Deals: 20% Commission per deal
- Bonus: High performers may qualify for additional bonuses & long-term contract opportunities!
Responsibilities:
- Cold call leads and pitch our marketing services
- Follow up with potential clients
- Close deals and earn commissions
- Maintain records of calls and progress
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong sales & communication skills
- Self-motivated & results-driven
- Comfortable working on commission
- Experience in cold calling preferred
