Commission-Based Client Acquisition Specialist

I'm seeking skilled Client Acquisition Specialists to join Grove Media, a performance marketing agency. Your role will involve sourcing, reaching out, and closing new clients, primarily in the medspa, roofing, car detailing, and chiropractic sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use your own scripts and methods for outreach via email, SMS, Instagram, etc.
- Source, outreach, and close deals independently
- Handoff closed clients to our internal team for onboarding and fulfillment

Compensation:
- $500–$1,000 per closed client, depending on deal size

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English
- Proven sales or outreach experience
- Self-managed and independent worker
- Comfort with commission-based pay

Bonus Points for:
- Closing 30+ clients previously
- Familiarity with CRMs, scripts, and sales systems
- Existing experience in the SMMA space
