Commercial Property Sales Executive Needed

I’m looking for a motivated sales executive to help me move more commercial properties in our portfolio. You’ll be front-facing with prospects, so polished, in-person communication is essential.
Here’s how you’ll add value:
• Generate and qualify leads for office, retail, and mixed-use spaces.
• Conduct on-site tours, answering technical questions and highlighting ROI for investors and tenants.
• Negotiate terms and shepherd deals through to signing, working closely with my legal and finance partners.
• Keep concise weekly reports so I can track pipeline health and deal status.
