Project specialist who will take over doing assigned tasks for an up-and-coming e-commerce platform (web and app). Responsibility and expectations include but are not limited to:

Strong english & arabic writing, reading, and speaking skills (messaging, content writing, content editing)
Customer service (answering calls, making telemarketing calls, answering emails, and responding to messages on whatsapp and livechat, raising tickets)
Virtual assistance

Handling bills, invoices, & files (on easy-to-use google workspace)
