Cold-Calling VA for Cleaning Leads
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I’m looking for a proactive virtual assistant who can jump straight onto the phone and start opening doors for PrimeCleans 44. Your top priority will be cold calling prospects; once interest is sparked, you’ll qualify the lead and lock in an appointment for our cleaning crews. We serve both residential and commercial clients, so your conversations must effortlessly switch between the needs of homeowners and business managers.
The role starts on a part-time basis but I’m keen to keep the right person on for the long haul. To succeed you should already feel at home in a sales or call-center environment, speak clearly and confidently, and have a rock-solid internet connection that won’t drop mid-pitch.
Deliverables I’ll look for each week
• Daily call log with contact outcomes
• List of qualified residential and commercial leads, noting decision-maker details
• Confirmed appointments entered into our shared calendar
