Cold Calling Specialist (Appointment Setter)

**About Us**
To expand our outreach efforts, we need an experienced and motivated cold calling specialist for two companies – one, a marketing agency, and the other, a company specializing in software development and automation solutions. This role offers flexible hours and the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make cold calls to CEOs, COOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers at small to medium sized companies.
- Reference the founder’s LinkedIn connection during calls to establish credibility.
- Book meetings with prospects, ensuring alignment with the founder’s availability by coordinating schedules during the call.
- Update CRM software with detailed notes on calls, outcomes, and follow-ups.
- Adhere to provided call scripts while bringing a personal and professional touch to each conversation.
- Attend occasional team check-ins and training sessions as needed (Rare).
- We will help you with scripts and also welcome your input on them.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, specifically targeting senior decision-makers in the US market.
- Proven ability to book meetings and handle objections effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (We use HubSpot) and experience in maintaining accurate call logs.
- Strong understanding of US business culture and communication etiquette.
- Excellent spoken English and professional phone demeanor.
- Experience in software development/IT consulting and/or with marketing agencies is a plus but not required.
**Compensation**
- $30 per booked meeting.
- $10 **additional** bonus for every meeting booked above the weekly target.
- $100 bonus for each meeting that leads to a signed contract.
