Cold Calling Sales Specialist for Web Design Agency (Great Commissions)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic Business Development and Cold Calling Professional to generate new business opportunities for our website design agency through outbound calling.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to develop and maintain your own call lists
- Personal computer/laptop and telephone system with a dialer
- Proficiency in using shared Google Sheets for lead tracking and reporting
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to generate a minimum of 3 - 5 qualified leads per week
- Ability to record all successful appointment calls is a plus
Compensation:
Open to negotiation
Performance bonus: $30 for each qualified lead that converts to a customer
