Cold Caller for Website Designing Startup

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in cold calling to help me with a project for my website design startup. My goal is to schedule appointments with potential customers. I have some talking points already covered, but I need assistance in perfecting the script and optimizing the cold calling campaign.
The primary focus for this project is to target small businesses, however, a freelancer with experience in all sizes of businesses would be preferred. This cold calling campaign should be conducted in a professional manner to promote my website design services and hopefully persuade potential customers to schedule appointments.
My expectations are that the freelancer should be highly organized and able to dedicate a significant proportion of their time to this project. I also require that they produce detailed reports of all phone recruitment activities on a regular basis for monitoring progress.
