I'm in need of a skilled cold caller/appointment setter to reach out to hotel owners on my behalf. The primary goal of these calls is to set up appointments to discuss potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling hotel & resort owners
- Setting up business appointments
- Potentially gathering preliminary market insights during calls
- Sending follow-up emails to hotel owners after calls to provide additional information
- Sending reminders to hotel owners about upcoming appointments
- Updating CRM software with contact information and call details
- Conducting basic market research to better tailor the business pitch
- Collaborating with the sales team to align on strategy and share call insights
- Conducting follow-up calls on previous leads to re-engage interest and secure appointments

Ideal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Knowledge about the hotel & resort industry is a plus
- Ability to gather and relay market insights

Experience:
- Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting
- Prior experience dealing with corporate clientele preferred
