As a Client Acquisition - Freelance, you will play a crucial role in expanding the business. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, Identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries who require both general contractual/temporary and permanent staffing services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and take ownership of the sales pipeline. This is a remote part-time role, and you will be compensated based on the number of clients onboarded and managed.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Staffing industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful client relationships
* Understanding of the startup landscape and sales processes
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
