Client/Lead Manager for Eco Build Management

I need an experienced client/lead manager for my custom residential construction company, Eco Build Management LLC, in Southwest Florida. You will manage new leads from Google Search Ads and Facebook until they sign a contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process all new leads within the same day they appear in our system.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and arranging in-person meetings with our team at our office when it's necessary.

Requirements:
- Experience in client management.
- Familiar with CRM systems, Google Search Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proven follow-up strategies to convert leads.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.

Compensation:
- $250/week upkeep bonus. We understand that it takes time to complete a deal in construction market.
- $2,000 to $3,000 per signed contract. This system allows for both You and Us to grow our business.
- Additional rewards for large projects.

Flexible Schedule: Work as little or as much as you need, as long as contracts get signed.
