Client Account Manager
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
- Call by phone and meet online and work closely customers to design marketing services , mystery shopping programs, organize the programs and deliver results to exceed the clients expectations
- Responsible for the timely delivery of various mystery shopping projects
- Successfully complete projects to a high standard and within a fast turnaround deadline.
- Day to day contact with client and management of own projects.
- Monitoring P&L and ensuring projects are run as profitably as possible.
- Building communication within the team to ensure effective and smooth running of projects.
- Management of team, including development, training needs and resource needs.
- Team trainer, designing & delivering training sessions within the team and providing ongoing training support to other teams
Experience in Sales is must
