We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales service and support through chat platforms. Your main role will be to engage with potential customers through chatplatforms, keep their interaction ongoing and profitable.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and desires while offering content solutions to meet their what they want.
Push content offerings in a non-agressive, flirty and subtle way to customers.
Effectively handle pricing strategies and methods of content selling.
Utilize customeroriented persuasive sales techniques.
Maintain a high level of knowledge on flirtatious digital communication to attract more customers and bigger spenders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement chat sales strategies.
Stay updated on industry's trend to provide competitive insights.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales and/or chatter, within the content creator environment.
Good written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging writing style in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
