Call Center Director Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking to place two Rockstar Call Center Directors.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A minimum of 5 years managing call centers.
- The ability to type at 70 WPM.
- Perfect spoken English and Spanish.
- Incredible charisma
- 5 Years Experience Being a a hardcore Sales Assassin, must be a sales killer
- Unreal Confidence
- Jordan Belfort JR like personality
Additional Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully leading and improving call center operations to achieve outstanding customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A deep understanding of call center software and technologies.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff to exceed targets.
- Experience in setting, monitoring, and achieving sales and performance targets.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
