1. Call Prospective Clients: The freelancer will be provided with a list of potential clients. The first step is to call each lead and inquire whether they require a business loan or not. The freelancer will follow a provided script to ensure consistency and professionalism in communication. Email Confirmation: For interested clients, the freelancer will confirm their email address and request them to check their inbox for further information. This email will contain details about our loan offerings, interest rates, and terms.
2. Sending Agreement Email: Once the client has confirmed their interest and email address, we will send them an agreement email. This email will outline the terms and conditions of the loan and any additional documentation required.
3. Follow-up Call for Signing: After the client has had time to review the agreement, the freelancer will follow up with a call to guide them through the signing process. Any questions or concerns the client may have about the agreement will be addressed during this call. Loan Disbursement: Once the agreement is signed, our team will process the loan application and disburse the approved amount to the client within 24 hours.
Tools and Resources:
The freelancer will be provided with a script for initial calls and agreement emails.
We will supply the necessary information and documentation related to the business loan offerings. A dialler will be provided to streamline the calling process and manage leads efficiently.
Requirements:
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
Ability to follow the provided script and adapt as needed during conversations.
Attention to detail in confirming client information and documenting interactions.
Note: The freelancer should maintain a log of all interactions and update the lead status regularly. A clear and concise report will be required at the end of each week summarizing the progress made and any challenges faced.
Payment:
The freelancer will be compensated on a per-lead basis. Payment will be made in 15 days
