Business Growth Specialist Needed

Jones Autofinish is a growing vehicle body repair, paint, and detailing business, working with both private customers and trade partners. As demand increases, we’re looking for an experienced Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience professional to help scale the business, increase trade work, and strengthen our brand locally.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how sales, marketing, and customer service work together to drive real growth in a service-based business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow private and trade customers
Proactively build relationships with car dealerships, traders, and fleet customers
Manage and grow our Facebook & Instagram presence
Create engaging content including:
Before & after repairs
Paintwork transformations
Detailing work
Customer testimonials & reviews
Respond to enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Improve customer experience from first contact through to vehicle collection
Track performance metrics (enquiries, conversions, engagement) and optimise results
Support reputation growth through reviews and repeat business
Ideal Skills & Experience
Proven background in sales, marketing, or business development
Strong experience with Facebook & Instagram marketing
Confident content creator (copy, photos, short-form video)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable dealing with both retail customers and trade clients
Ability to analyse performance and adjust strategy accordingly
Self-driven, organised, and commercially aware
