We are a Singapore-based company urgently looking for local Business Development Representatives in your country who can help us promote and grow our brand internationally.
Job Description:
1. Make phone calls and answer phone calls.
2. Chat and text support.
3. Promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
4. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
5. Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
6. Familiarize yourself with current information about products available for customers.
7. Knowledge about the flow of goods and services with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Knowledge about new promotional trends and best practices.
9. Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
2. Good working device and fast internet connection.
3. Willing to work under pressure.
4. Good English-communication skills in both oral and writing.
5. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
6. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills is a plus.
7. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
