Business Development Executive

I am building a social media management agency focused mainly on restaurants and local businesses.
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me find and connect with potential clients through Instagram, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or any outreach method.
Your role will be:
Finding businesses that need better social media
Contacting them professionally
Explaining basic service details
Bringing interested clients/leads
Setting meetings or closing clients
This is a performance-based role.
Payment Structure:
₹500 for every successfully closed client
No fixed salary initially
The more clients you bring, the more you earn
Long-term work possible if results are good
Target Clients:
Restaurants
Cafes
Local brands
Gyms
Small businesses
Businesses with weak or inactive social media
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of Instagram/social media
Able to do outreach confidently
Should be serious and consistent
Experience in lead generation or sales is a plus
