10 Business Associates Needed

SmartValue Limited is expanding and I’m ready to onboard ten energetic Business Associates who can own our sales and marketing efforts from day one. What you’ll actually do
You’ll represent SmartValue’s portfolio to new and existing customers, drive product demonstrations, close deals, and then nurture those relationships so they keep coming back. Along the way you’ll share best practices with the wider team, helping us refine our pitch and sharpen our strategy.
The kind of background that stands out
If you have direct sales experience you’ll feel right at home, but what matters most is the combination of strong communication skills and clear leadership ability—you know how to open doors, but you also know how to rally a team when targets loom large.
What success looks like
• You hit agreed weekly sales targets and file a concise activity report every Friday.
• You attend our virtual training and team huddles on time and contribute ideas that move the needle.
• Within your first month you’ve closed at least one new account and have a healthy pipeline in CRM.
