Bilingual Freelance Bid Assistant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a sharp, self-driven assistant who can work comfortably in both Spanish and English to keep my Freelancer pipeline full. Each month you’ll identify fifty suitable projects, right here on this site, craft clear, persuasive bids, and submit them from my profile.
Once I step in and close the deal, you earn a success bonus of 50 to 100 USD; if the client stays active you keep earning a retention bonus, IF you continue sourcing fresh opportunities.
What you’ll handle
• Scan Freelancer every other day, shortlist projects that match my service offerings.
• Write and submit 50 tailored bids every month—no copy-paste templates.
• Track submissions and note any client replies so I can jump in and finalize the sale.
• Maintain a simple spreadsheet with links, bid dates, and any follow-up needed.
What I’ll handle
• All negotiations after initial interest.
• Delivery of the actual service to the client.
• Payment to you: $50 to $100 for every deal I close from your bids, plus $20 each month the client remains active while you keep sourcing new leads.
Ideal skills
• Fluent written Spanish and English.
• Strong research instincts; you can spot real opportunities quickly.
• Clear, concise proposal writing with a friendly tone.
• Basic spreadsheet tracking for transparency.
Results
I expect roughly 50 QUALITY bids sent -and 5 paying clients at least - completely achievable with focused targeting and well-written proposals. If that sounds like a fit, tell me how you’d approach the first week’s hunt and what tools or strategies you’d use to hit the ground running.
