Incoming calls to AllStarsMatter (ASM) and our Ultimate Model League (UML) need an energetic voice that can turn curiosity into a $25-per-month membership. Most callers are aspiring models or other creatives; my goal is to have them finish the conversation eager to join our fashion and talent community.
You will be handling sales-focused calls—no cold dialing—so a confident, persuasive tone is essential. Because many callers switch fluidly between English and French, I need someone who can do the same without hesitation. I supply a detailed script, clear talking points about our mission, events, and opportunities, plus full training materials so you can present ASM and UML with clarity and enthusiasm from day one.
Success is measured by how many memberships you close and how effectively you keep the brand spirit alive during each interaction. Daily call logs and a simple conversion tally are all I ask as deliverables.
