We are a specialized Digital Marketing & Development Agency based in India, exclusively serving the Healthcare niche. We are expanding our operations to Brazil and seeking a bilingual Client Account Manager to bridge communication between our technical team and local clients.

You Close & Communicate: You engage potential clients in Portuguese, build trust, and finalize requirements.

We Execute: You relay client details to our team in English, and we deliver websites and marketing assets.

Project Scope & Key Tasks:

- Manage client communications in Portuguese and English.

- Build and maintain relationships with dental and healthcare professionals.

- Close sales by understanding client needs and coordinating with the backend team.

- Relay client requirements accurately to the technical team for execution.

- Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English proficiency.

- Proven experience in sales or client relations, preferably in healthcare or related fields.

- Comfortable engaging with medical professionals, especially dentists.
