BDM (commission Based)

My company ( Start up) is looking for a business development manager (BDM) who can join our team and provide us with exceptional lead generation services. The BDM will be commission based, earning a rate of 5-15% of their profits. Payments will be provided on a monthly basis. As the BDM, you will be responsible for identifying qualified leads and conclusively closing sales by engaging customers; this will involve market research, advertisements, and customer outreach.
