Now we’re looking for someone to be the human heartbeat behind our outreach, communication, and conversion.
Your Role: A Mix of Copy Clarity + Client Connection + Sales Strategy
You’ll be in charge of:
Editing & refining English copy for emails, social posts, website pages, and more — keeping it sharp, warm, and clear
Taking meetings with potential clients who book through our platform — guiding them through what we offer, following up and booking them in when they’re ready
Owning our CRM (Hubspot) — keeping our funnel organized, tracking contacts, deals, and conversations
Helping generate leads through research, outreach, and collaboration
Assisting in email campaign setup & automation — crafting sequences that feel like a conversation, not a spam blast
Following up via Zoom, email, or wherever the author prefers to talk
Who This Role Is Perfect For
You live in the USA (or have native-level English + time zone overlap with EST/PST)
You’ve got great communication instincts — whether writing an email or on a Zoom call, you know how to connect
You’re organized and Hubspot doesn’t scare you (or you’re ready to learn fast)
You’re emotionally intelligent — you can “read the room,” adapt, and handle objections without sounding like a robot
You’re comfortable with light copy editing — spotting awkward phrasing, tightening up messaging, and making sure our voice stays strong
You understand that sales isn’t about pressure — it’s about trust, timing, education and truth
