Apprenticeship Placement Consultant (Germany Specialist)

I'm in search of a dedicated and experienced Apprenticeship Placement Consultant, ideally based in Germany, who specializes in the German market. This is a remote freelance position with success-based compensation. Must speak German
Key Responsibilities:
- Your primary task will be contacting small to medium enterprises across Germany from a pre-qualified list, with the goal of scheduling online meetings to discuss potential apprenticeship placements.
- You will attend these meetings, engaging with recruitment representatives on hiring details.
- You will serve as the main communication conduit between candidates, employers, and our training team.
- Your role will also involve researching and reaching out to new German companies offering suitable apprenticeships, particularly in the fields of hospitality, automotive mechanics, software engineering, and dental assistance.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or placement for German apprenticeships is a must.
- An established network with German companies or vocational institutions will be highly advantageous.
- You should be self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- Proficient German speaking abilities are essential for this role.
Compensation: Your earnings will be success-based, with commissions of $1,000 on each successful placement. The more successful placements you make, the higher your compensation (up to 15 placements or $15,000)
