The agency
Léman IT is a SaaS development agency based on the French-Swiss border. We work as the technical co-founder our clients never had, without the equity. We get involved in business logic, challenge product decisions before they become expensive mistakes, and stay long after launch.
What we deliver: full SaaS build or rebuild, 3 months post-launch support, 1 year of hosting, and a full outbound pipeline (500 enriched leads + cold sequences) live before handover. No agency delivers this package. Most don't come close.

Building a v1: Non-technical founder with a SaaS idea, no developer or CTO on the team yet. You can say "Stop waiting for a technical co-founder. Ship without one."

As they're existing companies, the usual project range can be between €15k to €50k

What you earn and when:
- Qualified call booked & held (Paid every Friday) €50
- Proposal sent after the call (Paid every Friday) €100
- Deal signed (Paid on client's first deposit) €500 - €1,000+
How we work together
You build the lists and run the outreach, channel is entirely your call. You book it, we close it. We'll share our full offer breakdown, ICP profiles, and objection-handling notes from day one.
Every deal is tracked in a shared ClickUp CRM full visibility on every lead you bring in, from first contact to signed contract. Direct communication with us via a dedicated channel. No black box, no "we'll let you know." We have capacity for multiple clients simultaneously, so there's no ceiling on how many deals you can bring.

We talk by messages (Easier for me to work asynchronously). we walk you through the offer, both ICPs, and our close rate with concrete examples.

Before you start outreach, send us 5 LinkedIn profiles you plan to target. We validate ICP fit so we're fully aligned from day one.
