We’re looking for a friendly and results-driven Appointment Setter & Sales Representative on a freelance basis (long-term cooperation), to contact prospective clients via telephone, Zoom & G-Meet.
As Sales Representative your responsibilities will include ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our services, tell about our process of video production, show them presentations during meetings and ask a few questions about their company and mission. A Sales Representative will examine and evaluate a customer's needs and then offer recommendations to fulfill those needs while striving to meet the directives established by CRFT's management.
We have a detailed call script, presentation and recordings of our previous meetings. So that you can make a deep dive to our niche. We’ll make a few test calls to make sure we’re good fit for each other. We are growing dynamically and there will be more and more calls. Now there are about 2-3 meetings per day. The average duration of the meeting is 20-40 minutes.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with essential details of our services;
- Call prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you;
- Meetings through Zoom, Goggle Meet;
- Accept calls from prospective clients as they arise;
- Show presentations during the meetings;
- Record meetings with clients;
- Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer;
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered;
- Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact;
- Set your availability via Calendly for the week ahead;
