Analytical Instrumentation Sales Representative
Budget: $100,000 – $0 USD
I need a field-based sales professional located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York to grow regional demand for our particulate analyzers, nephelometers, and gas analyzers. The focus is the environmental monitoring sector, so familiarity with air-quality regulations, stack testing protocols, and related compliance drivers will help you open the right doors.
You should already be comfortable explaining how particulate analyzers work, comparing nephelometer specifications, and translating detection-limit charts into clear ROI arguments for plant managers and environmental consultants. A solid grasp of PM2.5/PM10 methodology is essential; I can provide product-specific training, but I expect you to handle technical objections without calling engineering for every answer.
Your day-to-day work will revolve around prospecting state DEP contacts, environmental testing firms, and industrial EHS teams; conducting onsite demos; and driving opportunities through to signed purchase orders. Pipeline updates and basic CRM hygiene are required so we can forecast production accurately.
Deliverables (tracked monthly)
• Verified lead list with contact notes
• Demo schedule and outcome summaries
• Closed-order report with revenue figures
Success is measured by quarterly sales targets and customer retention in your territory. If you’re ready to combine deep product knowledge with persuasive selling, I’d like to hear how you plan to penetrate the PA-NJ-NY environmental monitoring market.
