American Cold Caller
Budget: $15 – $25 USD

This is a contract, remote role for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for outreach to potential customers via phone calls using the provided scripts (there will be plenty of testing to start off). The individual will also be responsible for entering customer data and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
The rate is $12/hr + $30 bonus for every appointment booked.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and organize/prioritize workload efficiently
- Decent computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Good phone / computer headphone for sound quality
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to speak confidently/convincingly
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer service role
