We are a rapidly growing startup and we are seeking quality talent to help fulfill our client campaign objectives. In most cases you will be consulting with either B2B (C level executives) or B2C prospects to gauge their interest in our clients products or services. We are not a sales funnel. We are not a telemarketing environment. We offer lead nurturing campaigns to help stimulate engagement with our clients target audience.
Responsibilities include but not limited too:
Developing new customer relationships via phone, chat or email.
Maintaining customer relationships, prospecting and following up - lead nurturing.
Responding to customer inquiries about products and services- commonly the objective will be to book a discovery call, demo, webinar etc. - Q&A's FAQ's Scripts etc. will be provided
