Sales Objective:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated sales associate to promote and close sales for our Triple Benefit Universal Plan, one of our most rewarding investment products.

Each plan starts at a minimum project development cost of LKR 1,500,000 (covering land purchase, cultivation, and development).
Every client receives:

LKR 31,250 monthly income for 5 years

Full ownership deed for 10 perches of land

Final repurchase value of LKR 3,750,000 after 5 years

Sales Target & Commission:

Minimum monthly target: LKR 1.5 million in total sales (equivalent to one Plan sale).
Commission: 2% per closed sale (i.e., LKR 30,000 commission on a LKR 1.5M sale).
The more sales you close, the higher your earnings.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in sales or investment promotion

Strong communication and closing skills

Ability to build trust with clients and represent a reputable investment brand
