Affiliates & Publishers Onboarding for In-App Traffic

I need someone who can onboard Affiliates and Publishers to drive in-app traffic to my app. The main focus should be on generating revenue conversions. The traffic should be sourced for both iOS and Android platforms, and targeting regions in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Ideal candidate should have strong connections with Affiliates and Publishers across these regions and platforms, and a proven track record of driving revenue through in-app traffic. Skills in project management, negotiation, and understanding of in-app monetization would be highly beneficial.
