Advertising for Product Sales luxury

To complete my TEAM dedicated to advertising, we are looking for an expert advertiser (no employee hiring) Facebook / Instagram who will take care of the complete winning strategy to be adopted for the brand's ads and reading of current and future data in order to improve based on the signals we obtain periodically.
This figure will be fundamental as we have the objective of finding stability in sales and when there is the possibility of scaling for this we are looking for a proactive person with many years of experience behind them and valid for a luxury brand where the prices of the products are a minimum of € 120 to a maximum of € 900.

-Minimum budgets in advertising that you take into consideration?
-Are you already managing some stores with high ticket products?
-Are you a freelancer, agency or do you have your own team with whom you compare yourself?
-Years of experience in META ADS?
