Adventure Travel Sales Consultant Needed

If you love helping others explore the world, we want to hear from you! We are looking for an enthusiastic Adventure Travel Consultant to be the primary contact for our new and existing customers. Working both individually and as part of a team, you will help our guests personalize their experiences based on their unique preferences, matching their interests and abilities to their ideal active adventure.
This customer-facing sales consultant role involves:
Following up promptly and regularly with customer inquiries
Advising clients on selecting their ideal travel adventures
Addressing their inquiries
Providing personalized recommendations
Creating customized sales proposals
Managing all details of their booking, including international partner communications
Answering their questions from the time of inquiry to the time of travel
Preparing customers' trip documentation in digital format
The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set:
Past B2B sales experience
Polished and professional communication skills, with an emphasis on written sales communication
Proficiency with CRM systems
Experience with Google Suite
Ability to learn user-friendly software/technology
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
A passion for adventure travel, cycling, hiking, and/or the outdoors
Location: Work is remote and hours are flexible; however, applicants must be available to regularly work some morning hours, Monday through Friday, based on US time zones.
