I’m building a small, results-driven team of admission counsellors who get paid purely on commission for every student they successfully enrol. You’re free to tap into your own network and preferred recruitment channels; what matters to me is the number of qualified students you guide all the way from first contact to completed registration.
You may already work with universities, colleges, schools—or a mix—and you can choose to operate locally, nationally or across borders. I’m flexible on territory and institution type as long as you bring in genuine enrolments and maintain professional, ethical counselling standards.
Commission rates are competitive and scale with performance. I supply the marketing collateral, programme details.
Deliverables
• Weekly summary of new leads and their status
• Verified for each confirmed enrolment
• End-of-month conversion report highlighting challenges and wins
