This role requires excellent English communication skills, superior negotiation tactics, and a robust background in sales.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
Negotiate buying proposals with potential sellers to secure optimal terms.
Provide detailed reports and feedback on property status, market trends, and investment prospects.
Coordinate with the team to streamline processes, improve acquisition efforts, and achieve strategic growth goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven sales experience; real estate industry experience is preferred.
Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical abilities to assess property values and investment potential.
High level of professionalism and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technology.
