ARMENIAN Cold Calling - Real Estate

Do you have any experience with cold calling?
We need someone to cold call our leads During USA Pacific time.
Anytime from 10 am PST to 6 pm PST. (Prime hours to call, 10 am pst and 6 pm pst)
There will be about 5-10 leads a day. 5 days a week.
Experience in Google sheets, is a plus.
If you have experience in Real Estate and wholesaling, that is a plus.
50USD/mo
plus 100-200 USD per closed deal. Plus more if the deal is bigger.
