I need an etsy expert

I want to load my downloaded prints to my Etsy account. I am NOT an expert on SIZING and customising sizing. All I need is an expert to help me. MUST have a1 English otherwise it won't work I have worked with non English before. Must have proof of loading prints to Etsy and sizing and possible customising the prints. Thanks.
