Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Student Tribe community as a Zonal Head. As a Zonal Head, you will be responsible for managing students in your respective zone and coming up with unique initiatives and ideas to engage students. You will also oversee a team of circle heads who will be working under you to complete tasks assigned to you by the community.
Responsibilities:
Manage and engage students in your respective zone to create a strong community.
Develop and implement creative initiatives to increase student engagement. •
Oversee College Heads who will be working under you to complete tasks assigned by you.
Foster positive relationships with other Zonal Heads and Circle heads to ensure collaboration and success.
Represent Student Tribe at various events and meetings.
Communicate effectively with other team members and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements:
An undergraduate or masters degree in a commerce-related field such as Public Relations, Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Excellent networking and speaking skills.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to lead a team.
Passionate about community building and student engagement.
Availability to commit at least 15 hours per week.
Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
Must have a very good knowledge of Hyderabad
