AXISOL SOLAR is a dynamic start up focused on providing sustainable solar energy solutions to housing societies and factories. We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling AXISOL SOLAR’s products directly to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit potential customers in the assigned field area to promote Axisol Solar
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report regularly on sales activities and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum educational qualification: 7th Pass
• Candidate should have a bike
• Candidate should be able to operate smartphones
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi.
• Discipline in attendance is compulsory
Additional Information:
• This is an outdoor field-based role, so candidates should be comfortable with travel.
• Fixed monthly Salary of Rs. 12,000/- and Daily travel conveyance of Rs. 100/-
