Product promotion: Is your friend / family member working as a healthcare worker in Germany?

I am looking for somebody who has a friend or family member who now works as a healthcare giver in Germany.
Why?

Some healthcare workers work with / for handicapped people.
For example people with multiple sclerosis or stroke or so.
Some of these patients can not speak anymore due to their disease.
I have developed an app that enables them to speak again with a computer voice.
The problem is that the patients do not know about it.
SOMETIMES, very motivated health care workers google for solutions, and then they find my product and recommend it to their patients.
It worked nicely in the past, but it didn't happen often.
So I am now posting this project to find people who know people who work in this area in Germany.
What would be your job?

Whenever you or your friend have a patient who could use my product, you could recommend it to them.
My app is a bit more expensive than usual apps, so I could pay you a good commission / provision.
The more patients you have, the better of course.
Please only send me a message if your friend / family member / you works in Germany.
Other countries unfortunately are not interesting to me.
Why? Some German health care insurances pay for such apps, so the chances are very good that the patient does not have to pay for it by himself.
This is meant as long time project.
