I need 50 Agency development Manager should be graduates and had experience and capability to work with LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY. Had good communication skill, team leadership , hardworking, capability to increase the sale of business. And had capability to make 6 Life Advisor under them.
Age Limit : 25 - 45
Country : India
State : Uttar Pradesh
City : Lucknow.
Full - Time , Part-Time , Remote.
He/She should be ready to gave IRDA exam and attend 6 days training session at LUCKNOW .This training will help them to pass 50 marks exam that is mandatory for LA(Life Advisor) and ADM (Agency Development Manager).As you know code will be given to those who will qualify IRDA EXAM.
Note : The candidate should be from Lucknow only or who can able to attend 6 days class.
After qualifying the exam this should be your choice to do remote , fulltime or parttime work.
And if you are an insurance agent and already had given IRDA exam and had agent / advisor code then also you are invited to work with us.
As it is LIFE INSURANCE work it is incentive base but once you promote the business and done 6 policy and at least 4 recruitment your salary package starts with incentives.
