I need help from a expert in digital marketing and sales automation

I need help from a expert in digital marketing and sales automation; I have a website and social media setup as we as google ads running - I do get leads from my google ads via the website contact us form, however I end up loosing these leads in the process because there is no automation or a process defined for the same.

I need guidance and an automated sales channel set -> I need email templates that will be sent to people who enquire and follow up emails etc...
