Zoho Books Workflow Optimization

I have a live Zoho Books account that’s doing its job, but not as efficiently as it could. I need a specialist to step in, review what’s already there, and streamline three key areas so the platform works for us—not the other way around.
First, the Sales Module is top priority. Quotes should look sharp, pull the right data automatically, and convert to invoices in a click. I’d like the sales quotation format redesigned to fit our branding and to eliminate the manual edits my team currently makes.
Second, the Purchase Module needs cleaner Order Management. Purchase Orders must flow logically from creation to vendor approval, with statuses updating in real time and no duplicate data entry.
Lastly, expense tracking is overdue for a tidy-up. I want robust expense categorization, accurate receipt management (including auto-scanning), and reporting that tells us exactly where the money goes without digging through exports.
