Senior Sales Recruiter

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting sales professionals and will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top sales talent in the USA and UAE. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can effectively arrange meetings and negotiate hiring terms with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and source qualified sales candidates in the USA and UAE through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.
2. Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract high-calibre sales professionals to our company.
3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the company culture.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and our hiring managers.
5. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, including candidate pipeline and market insights.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.
